Privacy

This is a personal portfolio website. It uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand traffic and usage, such as pages viewed, clicks, time on page, scroll depth, which sections you view, approximate location (country, region, city, and rough coordinates), and device and browser. Processing is based on a legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

It does not use cookies or other storage for analytics or tracking, and it does not store your IP address in a form that identifies you. It does not record your screen or sessions.

If you leave a comment or a like on a photo, or sign the guestbook, that submission is stored: the nickname you type (optional for photo comments), the message, and the same technical details described above, namely a masked IP address, country, and the daily rotating visitor identifier. If you choose a password so you can edit or delete your own comment later, only a salted hash of it is stored, never the password itself. Photo comments and likes are published immediately; guestbook entries are published after review. The site owner can hide or delete any submission. Processing is based on your submitting the content. It does not sell your data or share it for advertising. Service providers such as Cloudflare process this data to operate the site, and pages with embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos) load that content from third parties under their own privacy policies. Data is kept no longer than necessary for these analytics.

Where applicable, you may have rights to access, object to, or request deletion of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
